It is carried out with the purpose of expert support of the developer/builder in the process of preparation, design and implementation of residential development projects.

The type of consulting is being gathered up individually depending on the stage of the project, the quality of previously completed design works, urgency and other factors. Consulting services are classified into three large groups:

 

  • Predesign Consulting – is being performed at the pre-design stage. The client is provided with expert assistance in determining the typology of the living environment, typology of development and in establishing the measured parameters that must be achieved by the project. The work may be accompanied by a field session of PINAR experts at the location of the client and includes a serie of meetings and a visit to the site.

  • Accompanying Consulting – is an expert support during the period specified by the contract. The duration, as a rule, is at least one completed cycle: the design phase or at least one construction phase. Optimal is the support that began before the design stage. 

  • Resuscitation Consulting  of already completed design or objects under construction: aimed at resuscitation of the project and its removal from critical state. Within this type, key problems are being identified, a conclusion is being given on the possibility of resuscitating an object, and possible options for changing the strategy are being developed.
