about

PINAR consulting was formed as a result of the merger of practical and scientific activities, originating from an architectural studio founded in 2000.

Employing more than 20 architects and engineers, the studio has completed over 300 architectural and urban planning projects in the Russian Federation.

Since 2013, the company has focused on scientific research into advanced European theories and practices for creating economically sustainable models that offer a high quality of life.

From 2014 to 2018, the company's founders conducted research at La Sapienza University's Faculty of Architecture in Rome, specifically in the ‘Territorial and Urban Planning’ and ‘Architecture – Theories and Projects’ departments.

Since 2018: as a result of scientific developments,  the company has expanded its range of competencies and created an international design and research laboratory.

Area of expertise: providing expert analysis on the economic and spatial efficiency of planning and development projects at any stage; researching  optimal parameters and selecting economically viable morphotypes using scenario modelling, comparative economics, master planning, and architectural solutions.
